If you’re like me, you love not only looking great without clothes but also looking even better in the clothes you wear.
One of the greatest disservices you can do to you and your body is to hide it behind rags after all the work you’ve done to look and feel so great.
The thing about clothing, whether you know it or not, is it speaks for you. The way you present yourself outwardly can tell a whole lot about how you treat yourself in other areas of life.
Do you go to work, on a date, or simply in public, period, in a wrinkled shirt and pants or do you make sure it’s presentable?
Are you wearing clothes too big (or even too small) for you?
Whatever it is – you have the ability to change the narrative immediately simply by putting yourself together well.
No matter who you are, you have the ability to change the aura around you when you walk into any situation because you look good and feel good and you know it.
It doesn’t matter if you’re:
- Going on a date with your partner or on the very first one
- Going into the boardroom for a meeting
- Heading into a job interview
- Going to workout
- Buying groceries
- Walking around the town
- Hanging at home
You should take the time to put yourself together because it’ll make you feel that much better.
The best part about this is; fashion changes every season and every year. All fashion comes back at some point as a remake of the previous version.
As fashion changes, this still gives you the reigns because your style doesn’t change unless you want it to.
Style is your voice – it speaks for you without you needing to say anything.
That’s what I’m going to help you find – your voice.
Remember, this isn’t something you can learn through an e-book or online course. This is something that if you don’t already have, you should learn from someone who does.
When people make changes to their body, they still see themselves, subconsciously, as the person whom they once were when they started their journey.
People don’t dress much different because they don’t know how.
People need their mental to catch up with their physical.
The one way that can help this is by getting clothes that fit properly and make you feel amazing, maybe even sexy, when you see yourself in the mirror.
If you think about it, have you ever said to yourself, “I could never wear that” or “I could never look as good in that”?
You deserve to.
The point to this transformation not only will change how you look and feel physically, mentally, and emotionally, it’ll reflect this the moment you step outside your home.
This isn’t something that’s happening in just 3 or 6 months.
Give yourself 1 full year.
This is the time to learn about you, your likes and dislikes, learn to break old, negative thought patterns and build new, positive, and healthy thoughts about you, your process, and your body.
This is a year your year of discovery and self-reflection.
We will work on the mechanics of physique creation – this is training and dieting according to who you are and where you are in your training journey. This is the easy part – relatively.
Mindset – who you believe you are and working towards who you want to be is the harder yet most rewarding part.
As we work on the mindset and the mechanics, you will start to understand who you are and what you represent.
Then – we find out how you want to represent yourself; in style.
In the 4th quarter of training, I will be flying to you and staying local to you to be your personal style consultant.
We will go through your wardrobe, see what you like, identify with, and build a new wardrobe based on these factors as well as where your body is and where you’ll comfortably maintain it.
Whether you want to do a big reveal with family & friends or you want to go out and socialize as the “new you”, we will do so in a safe and fun manner.
This is going to be the greatest year of your life and I’m ecstatic to be on the journey with you.
