I am Louis Guarino. You may know by my moniker, Coach Louis.
What you may not know is that I have the largest sweet tooth known to mankind, I love fashion (recovering sneaker addict over here), tattoos, a good glass of red wine or Scotch (neat), and I have been doing this body transformation thingamajig full-time since 2012.
I’ve watched my clients cumulatively drop hundreds of inches, several hundred pounds, drop multiple clothing sizes, grow substantial amounts of lean muscle, and feel more confident with the ease of my coaching approach.

“What Does Online Training Look Like?”
Online training and nutrition coaching allows you to live anywhere in the world and have me, your coach, accessible. The foundations of online training are as follows:
- Use of a web-based client portal with app (currently in beta). This is where you will find your program, nutrition, progress, resources, and check-ins.
- After becoming a client, there is an initial assessment to gather as much information about you to craft a successful plan.
- Your nutrition and training schedule will depend on this info
- Check-ins are completed on a weekly basis.
- Communication is done via email in the client portal

Since I live in Norway, I wasn’t sure how well the communication would work because of the time differences. All credit to Louis here, we communicate well and he always answers all my questions immediately. Even when I sometimes forget about the time difference, he made sure to get back to me promptly.
He himself is the first to admit that he doesn’t know everything and if there’s something he’s not sure of, he’ll tell you, and then go find out and get back to you instead of giving you some bullshit answer…

I wasn’t sure how an online personal trainer would work, but honestly, it’s been much more accountability and community than I imagined. Coach Louis is the real deal. No weird, fad diets, no being in the gym for hours. A simple focus on calories and protein makes a flexible diet plan easy. He sets workouts (read: weightlifting) around a schedule that will work for you, but expects you to put the work and effort in. He doesn’t take excuses and offers genuine encouragement. He cares.
He truly cares about his clients. Your victories become his. Your hardships become his. I have lost 15 lbs in 9 weeks and many inches. I feel great, better than I have in years, and so much more confident! And seriously, look at these results from others !! I’ll admit, I was a skeptic. Frequently Asked Questions
How much does this program cost?
You get what you pay for.
This is not a cookie-cutter program and is very far from “average” coaching.
I do not talk about price until we have spoken directly but you can expect in the mid-to-upper 3 figures.
Whether or not you find it expensive depends solely on your own idea but my clients sign up and find it to be worth its weight in gold.
What will I need to join your program?
Here are the things you will need:
– Digital food scale
– Digital weight scale
– MyFitnessPal downloaded on your phone
Now, if you are using a regular gym, this is great.
If you are training at home, the bare minimum needed is:
– a suspension trainer (TRX or similar)
– Bands with adjustable handles (see here for example)
What is the commitment for the program?
Coaching commitments are 12 weeks (3 months), minimum, with a 30-day cancellation notice policy.
I cannot afford to pay the 1-time payment. What's my options?
That is ok. While the 1-time option is at a 15% discount, cost, there is a monthly payment option as well done securely through Stripe, Venmo, or Bank Transfer.
What can I expect in the program and communication?
We run this program through my client portal system.
E-mail access Mon-Fri with a 24-hour response time.
No emails on weekends.
Weekly check-ins.
Program adjustments on an as-needed basis.

How much fat can I lose in your program?
Assuming you do everything right, we like to average .5-1% average loss per week. So if you were 150lbs the first week, perfect would be a loss of .75-1.5lbs in that week. Again, results may vary but this is a good start.
