I have been personal training full-time since 2012, working with those brand new to fitness to fitness competitors. When we work together, you get a coach who:

What Does the Program Entail?
You’re probably wondering how this is going to help you unlike other programs.
Remember: no program works unless you do.
The program entails:
- A 12-week custom strength training program meant to take your body and mind to the next level. This is done using traditional bodybuilding methods that get results that can last a lifetime. No gimmicks, no nonsense. Training that works when you do.
- 12 weeks of nutrition coaching teaching you how to have a better relationship with food again or for the very first time. There is no food off-limits and you may even enjoy that glass of wine provided you don’t drink the entire bottle ;-). I will teach you how to simplify your meals and eat whatever you want as long as it fits within your calories and macros goals.
- 12 weeks of mindset coaching. Having a meal plan and having a training plan is great but old habits die hard. This is where we focus on creating the confidence, that inner sexiness so you can display it from the inside out
A Look into How Training Online Works
You’ll want to know what exactly is included in this program. This is what you can expect to receive:
- A 12-week custom strength-training program
- 12 weeks of nutrition coaching
- 1x per week Zoom call to go over your week and create plans of action
- Weekly Check-in using the client portal
- Resources including my Starter Nutrition Guide with meal plan examples
- Email access to me 24/6. Sundays are no-email day.
To maximize your results, I encourage you to:
- Communicate with me when you have questions – do not disappear
- Check-in every week no matter how good or bad the week was
- Schedule your call with me each week
- Minimize alcohol consumption for the first 30-60 days to maximize efforts
